SQUAD SWIM SESSIONS
We are delighted to launch our new squad swim sessions for 2020! These will be at Holy Trinity School, Kidderminster, on Wednesday mornings 6am-7am and Friday evenings 7-8pm. These sessions will run continuously every week to feature as a regular training session for you!
The sessions cost £6.50 pay as you go – providing of course that slots are available – pre-booking is essential. If you want to guarantee your place, you can do a monthly block booking to make the sessions work out at £6.00 per session. Block bookings are now open for February and March.

Strength and Conditioning
NEW for January 2020.
Join us every Tuesday evening, 6:30-7:30pm at Stourport Sports Club for an hours strength and conditioning class.
These sessions are carefully designed specifically for runners and triathletes to build power and strength.
- Yoga Style Warm Up
- Followed by a core stability and conditioning workout
- Finishing with a dynamic, circuit style workout to build strength
- Cool Down
£4.00 per person per night (pre-booking essential by email or text to check if spaces are available) or £45 for a block booking of all 13 weeks January – March. Block booking reservations to be made here.
Ladies Cycle Coaching
Ladies, join us every Tuesday evening, 7:00-8:00pm at Stourport Sports Club for an hour of cycling on a safe, free from traffic cycle circuit.
These sessions are led by a British Cycling female coach and will build your skills, confidence, fitness and speed over the winter months.
£3.00 per person per night for Wyre Forest CRC or Tri Energy members, £5.00 for everyone else. Simply turn up on the night and speak to Coach Kara. All abilities welcome.

TRISOLATION is launched!!!
Welcome to our online training group to keep motivation high during these crazy times! The structure of the TRISOLATION is outlined below:
Mondays 7pm– group rides on ZWIFT
Tuesdays 6pm– HIIT / S&C live video session with Coach
Wednesdays – written run session to do at any time
Thursdays 6pm– HIIT / S&C live video session with Coach
Fridays 7pm– group rides on ZWFT
Saturday 9am– virtual park run
Sundays –SUNDAY SURPRISE live video session
- What you’ll need….trainers, lycra, a turbo and Zwift (there is a 30 day free trial on Zwift at the moment!)
- If you don’t have a turbo trainer I can write you an alternative strength or run session to do on those days
- Live sessions will be ‘saved’ so that you can revisit them or do them in your own time
- Team work will flourish as I put you into teams to collect points with compliancy!!! Let’s keep you accountable!
- Workouts included from our guest coaches to keep you entertained!
- Prizes and leaderboards for the more competitive

Tri Energy Kids
Tri Energy Kids train every Monday evening, 5:00-6:00pm at a range of locations around Stourport and Kidderminster.
We are a triathlon club for youngsters of all abilities based in the Wyre Forest area. With our award winning coaches, we’re sure that your kids will love trying their hand at Tri whilst getting fit and having fun!
