Our brick sessions are back with a difference! Join us on Friday evenings for a 45 minute spin session on the spinning bikes followed by a 60 minute swim session. All sessions are superbly coached by our amazing coaching team. All abilities are welcome but pre-booking is essential.
We are running the option of booking onto the spin class only (£5 per session) or both the spin and swim session for a total of £8.

BEGINNERS TRI COURSE
Our sell out beginners Tri training courses have been fabulous. They’re friendly, encouraging and will teach you the ropes of all things triathlon! No prior experience is necessary! You’ll just need a bit of courage, a bit of energy and a lot of enthusiasm!

Tri Energy Kids
Fabulously fun triathlon training sessions for children of all abilities.
At Tri Energy Kids our aim is simple, to get as many children and young people as possible involved in the world of triathlon and multi sport. Triathlon will really motivate and inspire your children. It teaches values of hard-work and persistence but above all it will keep your children, fit, active, happy and healthy.
Whether you are a novice or a competitive young athlete already, there is something here for everyone. The training sessions are open to children aged 8 – 16 years old, and the emphasis is on enjoyment and having fun! To take part in our training sessions, children will need a safe roadworthy bike, a helmet, some running trainers and swimming kit (optional).
