BRICK SESSIONS

Our brick sessions are back with a difference! Join us on Friday evenings for a 45 minute spin session on the spinning bikes followed by a 60 minute swim session.  All sessions are superbly coached by our amazing coaching team.  All abilities are welcome but pre-booking is essential.

We are running the option of booking onto the spin class only (£5 per session) or both the spin and swim session for a total of £8.

CLUB SWIMS

We are delighted to announce the start of our weekly club swims to be held at the Mercure Feel Good Health Club in Bewdley. These will be a structured written swim session with a coach on hand to assist.

The 5-6pm session is our technical swim fit session for anyone wishing to improve their technique. The 6-7pm session is more of a typical ‘club swim’ session focusing on speed or endurance.

Places are limited to 12 people per hour (6 per lane). Book your space below.

BEGINNERS TRI COURSE

Our sell out beginners Tri training courses have been fabulous. They’re friendly, encouraging and will teach you the ropes of all things triathlon! No prior experience is necessary! You’ll just need a bit of courage, a bit of energy and a lot of enthusiasm!

6 week aquathlon training in Tenbury, May 2019

6 week aquathlon training course at Tenbury Pool, Tuesdays 7-8pm. We will be alternating each week as swim and run training. This will commence the 28th May – 2nd July 2019.

7 week triathlon training course at Perdiswell, Worcester. These will be on Tuesday evenings alternating swimming and running, and Friday evenings in the spin studio. This will commence 16th July – 27th August 2019.

Tri Energy Kids

Fabulously fun triathlon training sessions for children of all abilities.

At Tri Energy Kids our aim is simple, to get as many children and young people as possible involved in the world of triathlon and multi sport.  Triathlon will really motivate and inspire your children. It teaches values of hard-work and persistence but above all it will keep your children, fit, active, happy and healthy.

Whether you are a novice or a competitive young athlete already, there is something here for everyone.   The training sessions are open to children aged 8 – 16 years old, and the emphasis is on enjoyment and having fun!  To take part in our training sessions, children will need a safe roadworthy bike, a helmet, some running trainers and swimming kit (optional).
