TURBO SESSIONS

Weekly group coached turbo sessions aimed at improving speed, technique and fitness in a fun and friendly atmosphere.

Our turbo sessions are an ideal way to push your cycling on to the next level. Utilising Success Cycling’s indoor cycling studio, we’re able to provide you with the highest level of training. The studio is equipped with 12 turbo training stations and a 10 ft projector screen allowing you to ride to virtual workouts. The sessions are suitable for all abilities and having a coach there to encourage and motivate you will keep you on track for the entire workout.

MUMSFIT

Please note our MumsFit Classes are not currently running; drop us a message to register your interest for when the classes start back up again.

Welcome to Mumsfit – the ultimate outdoor fitness class for new mums who want to get back into shape after their new arrival. This outdoor class mixes up cardio, strengthening and toning intervals with power walking to give you an all-over workout in 60 minutes to help shift postnatal weight and restore your core. Each class is an hour dedicated to you; a chance to socialize, have fun and provide a great social network. What’s more, no creche is needed as your baby comes with you!

Included in the sessions are tips and techniques on adopting and maintaining better posture and of course the chance to chat and make new friends. All Mumsfit classes have been developed by experts to suit the various stages we go through after having a baby. Mumsfit trainers are experts in assessing how hard to work each Mum, and will always ensure safe technique is used to gain maximum results.

New to Mumsfit?

If it’s your first time at Mumsfit, we ask that you do contact Sam directly first.

Tips for class:

  • Feed baby before class, this hopefully makes for a sleepy baby and time for you.
  • If you are breastfeeding this will make exercise more comfortable.
  • Bring raincover/sunshade/suncream depending on the weather.
  • Bring along water, suitable clothing for weather and an old towel/picnic rug for floor based work.
  • Classes run all year round, regardless of the weather.

BEGINNERS TRI COURSE

BACK BY POPULAR DEMAND!

Our sell out beginners Tri training course starts on July 25th at Perdiswell Leisure Centre. This friendly and encouraging course will teach you the ropes of all things triathlon! No prior experience is necessary! We’ll be using the spin bikes so you won’t need to worry about having all the right gear, you’ll just need a bit of courage, a bit of energy and a lot of enthusiasm! Tri Energy Kids

Fabulously fun triathlon training sessions for children of all abilities.

At Tri Energy Kids our aim is simple, to get as many children and young people as possible involved in the world of triathlon and multi sport.  Triathlon will really motivate and inspire your children. It teaches values of hard-work and persistence but above all it will keep your children, fit, active, happy and healthy.

Whether you are a novice or a competitive young athlete already, there is something here for everyone.   The training sessions are open to children aged 8 – 16 years old, and the emphasis is on enjoyment and having fun!  To take part in our training sessions, children will need a safe roadworthy bike, a helmet, some running trainers and swimming kit (optional).
