We’re delighted to launch our second Swim Fit front crawl swimming course suitable for all abilities! With expert coaching and a private pool this is an opportunity not to be missed. Block bookings for this course are now SOLD OUT but we do have pay as you go options available so contact us to find out more.

TURBO SESSIONS

Weekly group coached turbo sessions aimed at improving speed, technique and fitness in a fun and friendly atmosphere.

Our turbo sessions are an ideal way to push your cycling on to the next level. Utilising the amazing knowledge of Coach Jamie and his training studio of Success Cycling, we’re able to provide you with the highest level of training. The studio is equipped with 12 turbo training stations and a 10 ft projector screen allowing you to ride to virtual workouts. The sessions are suitable for all abilities and having a coach there to encourage and motivate you will keep you on track for the entire workout.

Fully coached 60 minute session
Planned session to virtual workout
Technique work and pedal motion
Speed and endurance work
Progressive sets
Planned for all abilities

* Available pretty much every night of the week!

OPEN WATER SKILLS

Friendly and encouraging open water coaching for small groups.

Why not join our group open water swimming skills sessions and learn everything you need to know about swimming in the great outdoors! From safety points, to sighting, to turning round buoys and swimming more efficiently….we’ve got it all covered!

BEGINNERS TRI COURSE

Our sell out beginners Tri training courses throughout 2017 have been fabulous. They’re friendly, encouraging and will teach you the ropes of all things triathlon! No prior experience is necessary! We’ll be using the spin bikes so you won’t need to worry about having all the right gear, you’ll just need a bit of courage, a bit of energy and a lot of enthusiasm! Tri Energy Kids

Fabulously fun triathlon training sessions for children of all abilities.

At Tri Energy Kids our aim is simple, to get as many children and young people as possible involved in the world of triathlon and multi sport.  Triathlon will really motivate and inspire your children. It teaches values of hard-work and persistence but above all it will keep your children, fit, active, happy and healthy.

Whether you are a novice or a competitive young athlete already, there is something here for everyone.   The training sessions are open to children aged 8 – 16 years old, and the emphasis is on enjoyment and having fun!  To take part in our training sessions, children will need a safe roadworthy bike, a helmet, some running trainers and swimming kit (optional).
