We provide a range of survey types from a basic government approved Energy Performance Certificate (EPC), renewable energy feasibility studies and our very own 'Eco Analysis'.  We work for large corporate organisations as well as individual consumers, providing excellent, user-friendly service.  Our main differentiation is that we employ individuals from a range of cultures, traditions and beliefs who in turn supply our customers with a unrivalled service.

Our second major business is that of helping people actually make the changes to their homes. There are numerous products, specifications, advisors, retailers, installers and door to door sales approaches to baffle even the most discerning homeowner. Through our detailed knowledge and industry contacts we are able to remove the hassle, managing the implementation process and achieving meaningful results. The size of the energy services market is some ₤7.7bn annually and the backlog of urgent property repair work in the UK is estimated at ₤28bn. We are excited at the prospect of enabling more home owners make their homes environmentally friendly and energy efficient through the information provided by surveys, in particular the new Energy Performance Certificate.

We chose to expand into the EPC marketplace believing that our value added proposition of creating a multi-lingual bank of surveyors, dedicated to providing EPCs will bring a unique and significantly differentiated service to our new and existing customers.

From 1 June 2007, the law will require all homes put on the market to have a Home Information Pack. Included is a rating of the home's energy efficiency, as well as other information that will help improve the home buying and selling process. The Pack contains important information that buyers and sellers need to know.

For sellers, providing a Pack up-front should reduce the likelihood of nasty surprises coming up later in the process.

For buyers, the Pack provides essential information about properties they're considering buying, and reduces the chance of unwanted hassles later on in the transaction.

As a homeowner, you'll only need to take action when you sell your home. After 1 June 2007, you will need an Energy Performance Certificate as part of the Home Information Pack.
